Steve London leads the business development efforts within the Global Connected Customer Experience group at General Motors. This role focuses on identifying areas and partners where GM’s vehicle technology can unlock value and create efficiencies.
London joined GM in 2014, where he led business development efforts for OnStar AtYourService and OnStar Go, a commerce platform that connects drivers with retailers and merchants on their drive.
London came to GM from the technology space, were he held several leadership positions in product marketing, sales and product development. He has an extensive background in bringing innovative technologies to market, ranging from launching a successful startup, to product expansion in the new markets, and managing strategic partnerships for Fortune 500 companies.
London has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Windsor, and M.B.A. from Michigan State University – The Eli Broad College of Business.
