As Vice President of Strategy and Product Management at DHL eCommerce, Craig is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of product development. Craig and his team have launched a new multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment platform, and have worked to introduce more speed, reliability and flexibility into the U.S. domestic consumer delivery operations. He has big aspirations for the DHL eCommerce business moving forward, and hopes to position it as a leading innovator in e-commerce parcel delivery in the Americas. Craig is an expert in all things related to e-commerce supply chains. From order management and fulfillment, to distribution and returns, Craig has worked with retailers directly on overcoming supply chain challenges and meeting business objectives and requirements.
