Paul Jackson, Head of Digital Development, Sainsbury's Argos

Paul is the General Manager of the Large Item Home delivery business at Argos, with responsibility over the overall large item (2-man) proposition at Argos and a particular focus on improving the experience customers receive alongside growing the business.  Prior to this, as Head of Digital Strategy and Development for all of Argos’ digital channels, he lead the creation and delivery of Argos’s Digital strategy, a core component being the transformation of how digital is thought about and executed within the organisation through the creation of new Product Management capability and introduction of the Agile methodology.  He spent the first 10 years of his career within Management consultancy, focusing on the Financial Services industry and has a Masters of Engineering degree from Cambridge University.
