48 years old, with about 26 years’ experience across India, Turkey and Dubai. A Commerce Graduate from Chennai, India, an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Started my professional career with Ashok Leyland (affiliate of British Leland) in the 80s. Moved to Istanbul, Turkey in 1992 , working for Panasonic till 1996. Joined Arenco Group, Dubai in 1996 and still with them as Group Finance Director. ARENCO is a very large and diversified business conglomerate with extensive interests in hotels, real estate, manufacturing, car rental, retail and services. Working with Arenco has given me immense opportunities to interact with various banks, financial institutions, private banks, investment banks across a broad spectrum of activities, including borrowing, syndication, sukuks, private equity investments, portolio management etc.
