Tracy McCourt is a Customer Relationship Marketing Contractor for Zappos Family of Companies. Tracy is a 20 year veteran of multi-channel and brand marketing and operations in the fashion and beauty verticals, with a primary focus on customer development strategies. Prior to joining Zappos, Tracy was the Chief Marketing Officer at Frederick’s of Hollywood, where she helped to pioneer persona-based marketing development and campaign management. Tracy was also a Director of Marketing for Murad Skincare, where she helped create their direct to consumer program, successfully developing and launching their multi-channel database marketing division, and ecommerce marketing initiatives and operations, both domestically and in Japan. She also helped to create and launch the direct to consumer marketing division of Skechers when they were primarily a retail brand and manufacturer. A native Californian, Tracy has a B.A. from the University of Irvine and is an initiated member of the Golden Key National Honors Society. Today, she is spending her time between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, where she is happily embracing the unique and dynamic culture and core values of the Zappos Family.
