After he studied computer graphics, Roy’s career started as a software developer, building warehousing systems and automation technology. Shortly after he joined PoolSupplyWorld, he branched into marketing automation, and started applying his technical experience to a whole host of new business contexts.
His engineering background allowed him to solve data puzzles differently than his marketing compatriots, rapidly building prototypes to prove return before looping in other tech resources. This allowed him to more than double revenue in his first two years. He’s an advocate for intelligent marketing attribution and data-driven strategy, and loves to talk shop.
