Residing in Flagstaff, Arizona, Jesse Carstens started working with Deckers Brands in 2008.  In his current role, Jesse oversees the operations for the portfolio of brands, including Ugg Australia, Teva, Hoka, Ahnu & Sanuk.  Jesse has been a key contributor in scaling the eCommerce business and bringing new solutions to market which greatly improve the customer experience.  Through close interaction with the Supply Chain and Retail division, Jesse continues to look for new opportunity to bring better experiences to the customers while focusing on omni centric initiatives.
