A serial entrepreneur, Geoff’s versatile background has allowed him to be a successful founder, executive, and advisor for a wide variety of companies. He started in real estate in 2002 in the Greater Denver Area.  During that time Geoff was founder and CEO of a restaurant and hotel group with seven locations and over 200 employees, where he fell in love with food and wine.  In 2008, Geoff purchased a struggling payments company, Banctek Solutions, and turned it around, growing to over 80 employees and selling it to the original investor.  
 
In mid-2011 Geoff co-Founded Club W with Xander Oxman to make the wine experience better.  Since then, Geoff has implemented the strategy for Club W to become a vertically integrated winery producing, branding, and marketing delicious wines at fantastic values.  Geoff has orchestrated direct relationships with vineyards, farmers, and wine makers vertically integrating the supply chain to achieve prices that would be impossible to achieve at retail.  Club W has grown to over 80 employees and is poised for triple digit growth for years to come.
