Carroll Morale | Vice President of Logistics

Carroll Morale joined Overstock.com in 2005, and currently heads up the online retailer’s logistics division. 
Carroll first cut his teeth in the world of supply chain paying his way through the University of Louisiana Lafayette working as a loader/unloader for UPS. After graduation, Carroll joined UPS full time, starting in the company’s industrial engineering department before moving over to the operations side, eventually working his way up to a district manager role. He spent 29 years with UPS before striking out on his own as an operational consultant for two years before joining Overstock.com.
A family man, Carroll and his wife of 32 years have 3 daughters and one granddaughter. When not overseeing Overstock.com’s industry-leading logistics department, Carroll enjoys golfing, studying the economy, and entertaining his granddaughter.
