A highly capable and trained professional in the hotel/hospitality industry, Mr. Martono has accumulated more than two decades worth of experience working in it within various establishments and many positions, giving him the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the business really works from top to bottom. Mr. Martono has also enjoyed the opportunity in working under various Hotel brands either local or international (such as Accor and Shangri-La), which confers him the skills and experience that allows multi-faceted perspective (both local and international-style point of view) in handling various challenges in Indonesia’s rapidly developing hotel/hospitality industry. His due diligence on pursuing and participating in various trainings and programs also served well in improving his capabilities to rise above any challenges in the industry.
