Mr James Stuart, Founder & Managing Partner, The Brand Company

James Stuart co-founded The Brand Company in 2002 and since then, has worked with hospitality clients across Asia, Europe, Russia and East Africa.  The company helps create outperforming businesses by aligning organisational and guest experiences with the brand focus.  Notable clients have included The Upper House, The Opposite House, East, Langham Place Hotels, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, New World Hospitality (now Rosewood Hotels & Resorts) and City of Dreams.  James recently published his first volume of hospitality brand-related commentaries entitled: Hotel Brand Bites.
