Mr Previndran Singhe, Founder & Group Chief Executive Officer, Zerin Properties

Mr. Previndran Singhe is the CEO of Zerin Properties, a Malaysian-based real estate agency with international offices in Singapore, London and India.  He has been in the business for more than 20 years, with the past 12 years in Zerin Properties, which he formed in 14 January 2002.

 

Previn is highly involved in the corporate real estate market in Malaysia with hands-on transactions in the office, retail, industrial and hospitality sectors.  Previn and his elite team at Zerin Properties have been continuously closing landmark deals in Malaysia and the region, earning them numerous international awards along the way. 

 

In the economy / limited service hotels space, Previn has assisted the likes of Tune Hotels, Santa Hotels, Four Points by Sheraton, Marriot Courtyard and Vanguard Hotels amongst others in the M&A requirements in Southeast Asia.
