Nathan is currently Global Director – Loyalty, Customer Insight and Analytics at M&S.. He is responsible for leading the ongoing development of Sparks – the M&S members club that offers exclusive rewards for over 4 million customers. Sparks is critical to the future of a more personalised 1:1relationship between M&S and it’s customers. Nathan is also responsible for all Customer Insight and Analytics across M&S, including Big Data.
Previous roles at M&S include Head of Brand and Marketing for M&S Food where he was responsible for leading a team of 25 talented marketers to profitably grow a 7,000 SKU business worth in excess of £5 billion annually. Achievements include the successful ‘Adventures in…’ integrated campaign, which received many accolades including top retail spot in the Brainjuicer Feelmore top 50 2015 (4th highest ranking creative in total).Nathan previously held a number of FMCG marketing roles growing Brands such as Heinz, Birds Eye and Red Bull. He holds a first class (hons) degree in Neurological Psychology from UWS
