Konstantin Hasselbach, Manager of Access Network Development, Starman

Konstantin Hasselbach has more than 10 years of experience in network and business development. His telco road started from year 2005 at Elion enterprise ltd. 

Between 2011-2015 he was the Network Development Competence Manager at Elion enterprise ltd (today Telia part of TeliaSonera) in this role he was responsible for the biggest FTTx project in Estonia. Project covered almost 60% of all the households and 40% of all the businesses with fibre.  

Between 2015 – 2016 he was the Business Solution Section Manager at CJSC Indigo Tajikistan “Tcell” (mobile operator - part of TeliaSonera Eurasia). In this role - besides simplification of B2B product portfolio and new product development – was leading fixed business start-up for the B2B market with +1mln USD revenue growth in one year. 

Today Konstantin is working as Access Network Development Manager at Starman (part of Elisa).One of his responsibilities is driving 10G EPON project for Starman.  In May 2017, Starman launched first in Europe 10G EPON network. 10G EPON network will lay sustainable foundation for Starman future business and insure best customer experience.
