Jeff joined TalkTalk as their Managing Director, responsible for Mobile and Ultra Fibre Optic (UFO), at the beginning of 2016. Prior to that he spent two years living and working in The Netherlands as the CEO of the telecoms business Tele2, where he oversaw the build and launch of the world’s first 4G-only mobile network.
Before moving to The Netherlands, Jeff spent five years at Virgin Media, most recently as their Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for commercial strategy, customer experience and all aspects of marketing. Jeff left Virgin Media in 2013 following the $23bn sale to Liberty Global. Prior to joining Virgin Media, Jeff also held senor roles with Callaway Golf and Honda.
Jeff has an MBA and an MSc in International Marketing and regularly contributes to the business press as well as guest lecturing at numerous business schools and universities. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also as a mentor for the University of Oxford. He also holds an advisory position at BBH, one of the UK’s leading advertising agencies.
Jeff lives in Surrey with his wife Mary and his two young sons Henry and Jonathan. In his limited spare time he acts a trustee of the Dallaglio Foundation, the charity set up by former England Rugby captain Lawrence Dallaglio.
