Natalia joined Novo Nordisk Russia in 2011 as a lawyer. Before Novo Nordisk she worked in Russian-Austrian marketing agency aiGroup, private consulting company DS Express, Inc. and PwC.
Key Responsibilities at Compliance Manager position: development and implementation of an effective compliance program in Russia and CIS countries, including directing and administration of regular trainings and communications (on-boarding for new employees, communication letters to employees, updating management team on current compliance trends), advising departments and employees on business ethics and compliance matters, identification and management of key risks in Business Ethics and Compliance (including participation in internal and external investigations ), provision of guidance to finance / internal controls team on execution of monitoring process.
Natalia is a member of Compliance & Legal Committees in a local pharm industry branch of EFPIA and Committee in Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation on drafting anti-corruption strategy in Russia.
Education: Russian State University of Trade and Economics, Associate with honours (2010), Master in Financial Law (2012), Canterbury Christ Church University (Social science, 2008).
