Mr. Hector Troncoso | Partner and Founder

	Mr. Hector Troncoso has been CEO and chairman of the board of Grupo Sports World since the company’s inception. Mr. Troncoso has over 23 years of experience in the fitness industry and was responsible for the creation of the brand and concept that is known as “Sports World”. He started his career in the fitness industry in 1988, when he played an important part in the construction and opening of the Club Tarango (currently Sports World Centenario). In 1997, he founded GSW and personally oversaw the planning, design and construction of the company’s next five sports clubs. Mr. Troncoso obtained a Hospitality & Tourism degree from the Universidad Panamericana, focusing his studies on tourism administration; he is also a trained instructor and has completed the Dale Carnegie courses.
