Rich has 30 years’ experience as a change-agent in the supply chain industry for many leading Wholesale and Retail omni-channel organizations. Prior to his current position with Ascena Retail, he has held Global leadership roles at Federated Department Stores, Limited Brands, American Eagle Outfitters, Chico’s FAS and NIKE. He is a practitioner of the Power of Team and strives to surround himself with top talent.  With a keen eye for “the next best thing” as a technology pioneer, Rich is always striving for continuous improvement to the industry status quo.

Rich is a graduate of The Ohio State University and enjoys volunteering for charitable events with his wife Barb.
