Michael Villa is the global manager of Distribution, Logistics, and Facilities at Nixon, a premium global watch and accessories brand. Nixon’s team-designed, custom-built products are sold in top boardsport, fashion, and specialty retailers in over 90 countries around the world. As Nixon’s global lead for multichannel logistics and fulfillment, Michael shepherds process improvement and innovation through the post-production supply chain, from exiting the factory to the final destination in customers’ hands (retail, drop-ship, and ecommerce). He is responsible for establishing and evolving reverse logistics processing for Nixon’s service, warranty, and returns programs. Relying on his process and people-first approach to operations management, Michael has ushered in a new era of distribution at Nixon, with successful warehouse and 3PL transitions to meet ever-evolving market needs on four continents. He holds a B.A. in human development and sociology from the University of California, San Diego and a master’s certificate in business process management from Villanova University.
