Lee Halladay, Vice President, eCommerce Business Development, Global Access

As Global Access®’ vice president of e-commerce, Lee has the important task of sharing the company’s innovative cross-border solutions with the world while driving new business by introducing companies and consumers alike to the rapidly-growing global market.

Upon graduating from Philadelphia’s Temple University, Lee started a magazine and cut her teeth in the world of advertising sales before entering the online space developing user experiences for early internet service providers such as BellSouth, nowpart of AT&T. Finding a niche in the world of online business, Lee spent time with various startups and venture capital firms before co-founding a customer retention management company and positioning herself at the cutting edge of integrating direct response techniques to increase website user retention.

As e-commerce evolved, Lee developed new techniques for online loyalty programs, product up-selling, shopping cart and transaction flows, and restructuring the purchase model around retail categories. Working for GSI Commerce, later renamed eBay Enterprise, Lee helped to launch the retail benefits program ShopRunner.

It was at ShopRunner that Lee developed expertise working with retailers to integrate alternative solutions into their shopping experience. Lee also spent time at MasterCard, where she launched cross-border initiatives connecting global consumers and US retailers to grow incremental business. Both her supply chain integration and cross-border payment experience will be crucial as Lee extends Global Access®’ reach in the realm of global logistics solutions.

An avid animal lover with four dogs, Lee is a member of the board of directors for Main Line Animal Rescue, and is active in fundraising for that, and other animal rescue programs. She also enjoys finding time to spend pedaling bike trails near her native Philadelphia.
