Tips for a successful topic or speaker recommendation now

• Please include the speaker name, job title, company name for each speaker proposal.
• For topic proposals, please include at least 3 potential speakers for the topic you suggest and their details as per the speaker proposal.
• For both topic and speaker proposals, please include the topic/ presentation title and 3 bullet points outlining the topic/ presentation. 

Due to demand, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that all speaker and topic proposals will be included in the final conference programme. Preference will be given to topic and speaker proposals that present new or unseen data and information as well as those that encourage interactivity and discussion. All topic and speaker proposals must be received prior to the submission deadline, 15th August 2016 at 17:00 CET.

Notification regarding acceptance of call for topic & speaker proposals will be sent late August by email, so please ensure a correct email address is submitted. If you have not received your notification by 22nd August 2016, email joan.shutt@terrapinn.com for your status.
