Michael Jonathan Biscocho, Country Head for Strategy & Insights, Procter & Gamble

As country head for the Consumer & Market Knowledge function for P&G Philippines, Michael Bisocho oversees full responsibility over the CMK team, CMK budget and research agency management in the Philippines. He reports to the P&G Philippines general manager and sits in the country leadership team. I lead strategy development for P&G Philippines (~$1 billion business) via translating deep mastery of the consumers and markets we serve into insights and long-term plans. On the Sales side, Michael possesses strategic oversight as the sponsor of one of P&G's largest distributors, which is now the fastest-growing in the country. On the Marketing side, I had developed and executed end-to-end a consumer chassis that delivered incremental ~$4 million dollars in sales. In Human Resources, he is the sponsor of the recruitment team for Ateneo de Manila. He has lead strategy development for P&G Philippines (~$1 billion business) via translating deep mastery of the consumers and markets we serve into insights and long-term plans.
