Radhika has over 10 years of experience, predominantly in the pharmaceutical industry. With an economics under-graduate degree and a masters in business administration, she has predominantly been on the commercial side of business across various roles such as business development, market access, pricing & launch management, analytics and sales. Currently, head of commercial strategy & analytics for Mylan emerging markets, she is responsible for market analytics, identification of business segments of focus and for executing on initiatives related to acquisitions and market entry in areas such as biosimilars, respiratory and hepatitis. Her regions of focus include South East Asia, North Africa and Brazil.
Prior to this, as head of market access & business development at Boehringer Ingelheim, she was responsible for setting up the pricing and market access practice for BI in India, to determine appropriate pricing strategies for BI’s novel products.
She has also spent a significant amount of time in project management activities in the sphere of medical devices pertaining to biosimilar launches.
