Narendra is am an adaptable and Strategic Customer Services leader with experience, competence and passion for driving Business transformation, change and outcomes. His focus is on design and development of innovative strategies to enrich customer experience and enhance brand engagement. 

In his current portfolio, he manages and provides solutions in designing optimal performance management tools for highly skilled and specialized Inflight and Ground Services teams.

During spare time, Narendra deliver guest lectures at reputed B-schools in India with the aim of sharing industry experience with students across the country.
