Steve has over 15 years of experience leading loyalty programs and data driven marketing to drive member engagement. He joined Velocity Frequent Flyer in 2013 as Head of Customer Loyalty Marketing, and during this time has transformed organisational design, brand positioning, core systems and technology; all of which have contributed to growing the membership base from 3.5 to 8.5 million members. Steve spearheaded Velocity’s ‘Billion Point’ promotion in 2017 which has received multiple global awards including best marketing campaign at the 2018 Loyalty Awards in Bangkok. Prior to Velocity, Steve was a former Senior Marketing Manager at Qantas Loyalty. He holds a bachelor degree in Commerce from Sydney University, majoring in marketing and economics and lives in the Blue Mountains with his family, including 3 boys under 6.
