Paul Buckley, Head of Social Media, Aer Lingus

As Head of Social Media, Paul is responsible for social strategy and operations at Aer Lingus, including social guest care, content marketing and social insights. Paul holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BA from Dublin City University. Based in Dublin, Aer Lingus is the national airline of Ireland, operating 62 aircraft across 15 routes on the North Atlantic as well as over 100  routes across Europe. Aer Lingus is a member of International Airlines Group (IAG).
