Mike Slone is Chief Experience Officer for Travelaer. Previously, he served as the Global Lead of User Experience at Amadeus, where he oversaw the Customer Experience Strategy & Design team as part of Amadeus’ Airline IT Consulting practice. His team provided consulting services to the worlds top international airlines in the areas of customer experience, innovation, and future of eCommerce, mobile, and marketing.
Prior to Amadeus, Mike led award-winning projects for Dell, Vail Resorts, Microsoft, HP, Southwest Airlines and countless international airlines. He has spoken at numerous conferences, including Forrester Interactive, SXSW, Eye for Travel, ITB and WTM. His work has also been recognized by CBS, Wired, Fast Company, Mashable, Skift, TNooz, ID Magazine, the Webby Awards, and Clio.
