Kerstin Lomb joined SunExpress, a joint venture of Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, as Chief Marketing Officer in February 2019. In her role, she is responsible for all marketing and communications related activities of the German-Turkish leisure carrier, which celebrates its 30 years anniversary in 2019/2020. Before joining SunExpress, Kerstin founded Prosperity Factor where she, as Managing Partner, helped start-ups to validate business models, advised on their business planning, international scaling and funding. She also supported large enterprises with tailored change, marketing and innovation management programs, which enabled the organization’s digital transformation on an executive level. In the course of her career, Kerstin held various positions, including as Partner/Global Managing Director at Strategy Consulting Company Accenture, Managing Director of Publicis’ digital firm and as the lead of Deutsche Telekom’s multi-client ecommerce business unit. Kerstin has over 25 years of experience in global strategies (digital, marketing, communications and market development). She holds a degree in business administration from the University Rendsburg and is a member of the advisory board of Juptr.io and Firefly IM.
