Gilles leads the product strategy for the Digital Transformation and Innovation programme at Etihad Airways. This ambitious initiative was launched in 2016 with the main objective to grow Etihad’s revenues in merchandising and distribution, by delivering a seamless and personalized experience to its customers and embracing new technologies and evolving standards.
Gilles joined Etihad in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience in travel distribution and technology companies such as Amadeus and Travelport, where he held leadership positions in product innovation and business strategy.
