When and where is the event?

World Aviation Festival 2019 is being held between Wednesday 4th – Friday 6th September 2019.

The conference has a pre-conference workshop day on Wednesday 4th September 2019, with the main conference occurring on Thursday 5th – Friday 6th September 2019.

The free to attend exhibition is open on Thursday 5th – Friday 6th September 2019.

The event is being held in the Business Design Centre, Islington, London

 

How do I get there?

The event is taking place in central London

The venue is well connected with public transport readily available. The venue is a short 4-minute walk from Angel underground station which is on the Northern Line. There are also regular bus services available.

How much are tickets?

The final ticket price is £2295 for our top ticket but you can save a significant amount by booking early. The earlier you book the cheaper your ticket will be! We also offer a discounted rate for airlines and airports.

Who else is going to be there?Will there be wifi at the event?

We expect over 4,500 attendees to World Aviation festival 2019 for our biggest event yet. This includes 2000 conference delegates and a further 2500 visitors. How do I receive my ticket?

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive your ticket via email straight away. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact a team member here. In the lead up to the festival we will also keep you updated with any news via email.

 

Where do I get my badge to enter the show?

Your badge will be sent a few days before the show via a QR code. You can also attend the show by showing your business card and identification that will confirm your registration. Please print your badge before you attend to skip the main queue.

Can students attend the show?

The World Aviation festival conference is aimed at a senior audience of aviation professionals. However, both the premium conference and free to visit exhibition are open to all who have the relevant ticket.

 

Will there be security at the event?

We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and there will be security present at many points at the venue. You must always have a badge on you to be at the event.

 

Is there a dress code?

Our attendees typically dress in business attire, however, feel free to come as you are and what makes you feel comfortable.

 

Will there be food?

There will be a café at the show serving food and beverages.
