The conference has a pre-conference workshop day on Wednesday 4th September 2019, with the main conference occurring on Thursday 5th – Friday 6th September 2019.
The free to attend exhibition is open on Thursday 5th – Friday 6th September 2019.

The venue is well connected with public transport readily available. The venue is a short 4-minute walk from Angel underground station which is on the Northern Line. There are also regular bus services available.

We expect over 4,500 attendees to World Aviation festival 2019 for our biggest event yet. This includes 2000 conference delegates and a further 2500 visitors. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive your ticket via email straight away. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact a team member here. In the lead up to the festival we will also keep you updated with any news via email.
Your badge will be sent a few days before the show via a QR code. You can also attend the show by showing your business card and identification that will confirm your registration. Please print your badge before you attend to skip the main queue.
The World Aviation festival conference is aimed at a senior audience of aviation professionals. However, both the premium conference and free to visit exhibition are open to all who have the relevant ticket.
We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and there will be security present at many points at the venue. You must always have a badge on you to be at the event.
Our attendees typically dress in business attire, however, feel free to come as you are and what makes you feel comfortable.
There will be a café at the show serving food and beverages.
