Paul Dalton has eighteen years’ construction industry experience, thirteen of which have been spent working for Mace Group spanning public and private sector contracts in the UK and overseas.     He is currently working on the £650 million transformation of Birmingham New Street station where he has overall responsibility for the delivery of the building and civil engineering packages. Prior to his time at Birmingham New Street, Paul worked for Mace’s HCEM joint venture in Macau, where he delivered large-scale, mixed-use construction management projects for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation.  His projects included design management for an $800 million mixed-use development with serviced apartments, high-end retail, boutique casino and 360-room Four Seasons hotel. Before working abroad, Paul delivered a number of major UK projects including the £114 million Millennium Point project in Birmingham (including the city’s IMAX Theatre), Braunstone leisure centre for Leicester City Council, a number of projects for the NEC Group and the £140 million Masshouse regeneration in the centre of Birmingham.   Paul studied Construction Management, graduating in 2000, and is a member of the Association for Project Management.
