During his 21 years in travel technology Mark has worked with travel companies at every part of the customer journey - agencies, OTAs, distributors, tour operators, airlines, hotel chains, car rental companies, and loyalty programs. Customers included: British Airways Holidays, Cathay Pacific, LoyaltyOne Airmiles, Asia Miles, Color Line, S7 Airlines, Voyages SNCF, TravelSky and Four Seasons. Prior to starting an independent consulting business this year, Mark was Head of Product Strategy for OpenJaw Technologies.
