Alessandro Ciancimino, Vice President Strategy Travel Solutions, Sabre Airline Solutions

Alessandro Ciancimino is Vice President Strategy for the Full Service Carrier segment in Sabre Travel Solutions since July 2020. He is based in London and has full responsibility in defining the strategy for the Travel Solutions business for the full service carrier customers.

Previously Alessandro was Travel Solutions Vice President for Europe, where he had direct responsibility for customer management and new business development for all the airlines based in Europe for both the IT and distribution businesses.

Prior to that Alessandro was Sabre Vice President for Business Consulting worldwide.

Before joining Sabre, Alessandro has worked for McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate within the Business Technology Office and participated in different projects in the Travel and Transportation industry.

Alessandro earned a PhD in Operations Research and a “Laurea” degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
