Since March 2008 Peter has been leading the development of Fonterra’s offshore milk supply with a focus on China, India and South America. This includes responsibility for the implementation of Fonterra milk quality standards of excellence for milk collected and processed outside of New Zealand and Fonterra Farming operations in China, Brazil and India. Peter joined Fonterra in 2005 as a Business Continuity and Risk Manager and before joining Fonterra, Peter held a number of senior management positions with the Crown Research Institute, AgResearch. Previous to this Peter spent 20 years in agri-business.
