» When do I receive my badge?

Conference registration will take place in the morning of the first day of the conference. Please come to the Africa Mining Congress 2012 reception desk by 8.30am.

Workshop registration will take place on the first day of the workshop. Please arrive promptly.

 

» What is the dress code?

The dress code at all our events is business/casual.

 

» Which meals are included in the conference price?

Refreshments will be served at regular intervals during the conference. The registration price includes a buffet lunch on all full conference days. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

Breakfast and evening meals are not included unless otherwise stated in the registration package.

 

» Deaf/blind/disabled access

If you have any special needs or disabilities please do let us know when you register for the event.

 

» How do I arrange my visa?

If you require a visa to attend this conference, once you have paid, we can supply you an invitation letter to take to the embassy with you. However, we can not take responsibly for arranging your visa or if the embassy refuses.

 

» When are the documents available?

You will receive a workbook when you arrive at the event which contains white papers and information on the conference.

Speaker presentations are available via the website one week after the conference.

 

» What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. A charge of 50% of the registration fee plus an administrative charge will be made for cancellations received in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the conference.

Alternatively, you may choose a credit note for the full value of the registration price, which may be put towards any other Terrapinn event.

The company regrets that no cancellations can be accepted within four weeks of the conference start date. Prepayments will not be refunded and invoiced sums will be payable in full, except in cases where it has been possible to mitigate loss. Course documentation will, however, be sent to the delegate.

Terrapinn reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.

 

» Can I send a substitute delegate?

Yes, should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
