	Samir Al-Tubayyeb is the Executive Director, Employee Relations & Training for Saudi Aramco. He began his career with Saudi Aramco on July 1, 1981, and advanced through various assignments in the fields of Engineering, Project Management, Joint Ventures and Planning. Al-Tubayyeb graduated from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in civil engineering and holds a Ph.D. in engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an executive MBA from Harvard Business School.
