About your workshop leader:
Willy H Olsen is an oil and gas advisor to the Norwegian Oil and Gas industry after retiring from Statoil. He is also an Associate Research Fellow at Royal Institute of International Affairs in London. Willy H Olsen had a number of positions during his 23 years with Statoil, including Managing Director of Statoil UK Ltd and Senior Vice President for Statoil’s activities in the Caspian. He was for several years a senior advisor to the President& CEO of Statoil and was head of the President's Office before his retirement. He is an educated economist and spent 15 years in journalism before joining Statoil in 1980.
