Philip Pearce, based in Hong Kong, is responsible for the strategic development and continued expansion of Goodman Group’s investment business throughout Greater China; where the Group has in excess of USD 2 billion of assets under management across two funds, Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund and Goodman China Logistics Holding. He has over 15 years of real estate experience in the Asia Pacific region. He joined the Group in 2002 and initially, Philip was based in Singapore for four years with Ascendas-MGM Funds Management, a joint-venture between Ascendas and Goodman, established to manage Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the full spectrum of property operations, including capital transactions, development and asset management. Prior to joining Goodman, he was at AMP Henderson Global Investors in Sydney, where he worked in various roles within the AMP Henderson Property Group, including valuation, asset and fund management.
