Mr. Jim Lam is currently an Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of Top Spring International Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2011. Mr. Lam, aged 41, joined Top Spring International Holdings Limited as the Chief Financial Officer in May 2010 and was appointed as an Executive Director of the company in July 2011. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lam was the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and a qualified accountant of Greentown China Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from September 2008 to April 2010. Prior to September 2008, Mr. Lam worked in various international investment banks and has over 10 years of experience in the field of auditing and equity research. Mr. Lam received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1992 and a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1996. He is also a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
