Chris Wu is Managing Director, Head of Greater China and is responsible for the management of MGPA’s Greater China operations. Chris has 16 years of experience in the real estate development industry with 11 years of experience in China. Prior to joining MGPA, Chris was the Managing Director of CJ Wu & Associates, a practice established to provide retail real estate advice, development and asset management services in the People’s Republic of China. Previously, Chris held various roles at Link REIT, Simon Chelsea International Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Simon Property Group), Shui On Land and the Corporation of London. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics & Accountancy and a Master of Science Degree from City University, London in the UK.
