NB. All nominations submitted will be judged against their relevance to a timescale of March 01 2010 to March 01 2011. Submissions relating to activities outside of this 1 year timescale will not be put forward to the judging panel.

Judges will be looking for:

• Network coverage, integration with other modes of transport, frequency and efficiency of service
• Customer service levels, customer feedback and value for money
• Overall condition and amenities, including levels of access, safety and security
• High levels of reliability and high performance standards
• Technological innovation
• Environmental considerations and contributions
