Winners for the Biopharma Asia Industry Awards 2013 will be chosen via a two-stage intensive polling process from 15 September 2012 to 5 March 2013

1st stage: Nominations

Nominations for each category will be solicited from the industry through Terrapinn's various marketing channels. Nomination deadline for all award categories is 31 August 2012.  

2nd stage: Voting

All nominations will be tallied and released by the organiser on 14 September 2012. All nominated organisations and individuals (as long as they meet the criteria of the award) will have an opportunity to be voted for. Based on this round of polling results, the top five organisations and individuals in each category will be shortlisted and will enter into the final round of voting. This voting stage will conclude on 25 October 2012. The top 5 finalists for each award category will be contacted by the 3rd November 2012 and asked to provide various supporting documents for the final round of voting. *All employees for the nominated companies are not permitted to vote for their own organisation and any votes cast in this manner will be disqualified from the final vote count.

3rd & final stage: Voting

All finalists will submit the various supporting documents to justify their winning position in the award category by 14
January 2013. The final voting round will commence on 25 January 2013. Voters will be encouraged to review the various supporting documents before they cast their final vote. This final voting round will conclude on 8 March 2013 and results will be announced by the organiser on 19 March 2013 during Biopharma Asia Convention 2013- Biopharma Asia Industry Awards 2013. *All employees for the nominated companies are not permitted to vote for their own organisation and any votes cast in this manner will be disqualified from the final vote count.
