Sian Chin is the Chief Financial Officer of Teho International Inc Limited listed on the SGX. He is also an independent director of another. Before these he was the Chief Financial Officer of a listed company on the HKEX. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the then University of Singapore, and is a Fellow of CPA Singapore, CPA Australia and ACCA, UK. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Before his current position he had held Asia-Pacific regional financial head positions with well-known multi-national corporations involved in the manufacturing and distribution of: - Marine and industrial water treatment chemicals; - Specialty additives and enhancers for automotive, personal care, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries; - Garments; and - Electrical and electronic accessories, products and systems. Sian Chin was also the group financial heads for property development, investment and management groups in Singapore and Indonesia for over 6 years. He was also a senior corporate finance manager of the treasury and investment division of a well-known holding company of a technology-based GLC for 3 years Sian Chin has over 20 years of “hands-on” experience in corporate finance, corporate banking and treasury, and corporate restructuring.
