Mr Nicholas Gleeson, CFO, Primepoint Holdings Pte Ltd.

Nick has been involved in the shipping industry in CFO roles with then Oslo-listed BW Gas (the largest owner-operator of LPG carriers and one of the largest independent owners of LNG carriers, acquired into the BW Group); Miclyn Express Offshore (which listed on the ASX under his stewardship); with Global Tender Barges (sold to KCA Deutag in August 2011); and currently with Primepoint Pte Ltd. Nick started his career with KPMG in Sydney, before joining Philips Electronics, where he held various audit chief, financial controller, and CFO roles. Following this, Nick was CFO UK and Asia for Swiss-listed Compagnie Financière Tradition’s TFS and Tradition businesses. Nick has an MBA from INSEAD and is an Australian Chartered Accountant.
