Based in Singapore, Khushi has the overall responsibility for all Financial Functions of the Group. He is also directly responsible for the Group M&A, Strategy, Treasury, HR and IT functions Khushi’s major accomplishments in this role include full-scale organisational redesign, morale improvement and developing an enhanced control environment, M&A, Financing, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance program, ERP roll-out and results accounting process redesign while at the same time enabling double digit growth for the business. Prior to this, Khushi was the CEO and CFO of Alcatel Lucent South East Asia, he spent more than 13 years with the company in multiple countries and senior C Level roles. Khushi holds a Degree in Accounting and Economics and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
