Dwi is a qualified CPA and earned his Executive MBA program with Kellogg School of Management. He was also awarded Fellow status of Taxation Institute of Australia in 2003. Dwi has vast international experience of over 16 years in general management, deal making, corporate finance, capital raising, international taxation, M&A, business development, as well as government relations / liaisons. His area of expertise is primarily in the Energy & Commodity space (both upstream and downstream), in particular, the oil & gas industry, mining & resources industry, marine support industry (shipping and infrastructure), as well as commodities trading. He is currently the Group CFO for Straits Corporation Group who successfully lead the organization through MBO process, restructuring, capital raising and the eventual Iisting of the subsidiary company, PT Indo Straits in Indonesia Stock Exchange in July 2011. The Group is involved in the integrated marine engineering and marine logistic for the oil & gas and mining industry. His previous experiences include working in the top management for top resources company, Fortune 500 MNC, and big 4 accounting firms such as: Straits Asia Resources, Baker Hughes, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
