As the Group Director & Advisor of Hiranandani Group, he drives the Business Strategy & Re-engineering; Operations; and Business development functions, apart from being its Chief Investment & Strategy Officer taking care of Investments/Divestments & M & A. across business verticals of Real estate, Infrastructure/Utilities, Industrial & Logistics parks and Energy. 

Prior to Hiranandani Group, Mr. N Shridhar, was the Group director & CEO of a large entity operating in the Hospitality and Real estate sector. This group has operating hotels such as the Le Meridian, Grand Hyatt and Hilton and other hotels under development, totaling to an inventory of close to 1500 rooms in India. Mr Shridhar was running the businesses as CEO & Group Director (Business Strategy & Finance). During his tenure he commissioned a new hotel, the Grand Hyatt at Goa. He left the group and took a sabbatical and went to the US in May 2012. 

Prior to this, he was the Group CFO of “Future Capital Holdings Ltd.”, the capital arm of Future Group having interests in investment advisory services for funds close to $ 1Billion focusing on investing in firms operating in consumer space, modern retail led real estate and mixed use hospitality development. The NBFC Company was organized in 3 main business verticals – Alternate Asset Management Platform, Retail Financial Services (Products & Distribution) and Wholesale & Corporate Lending. He was on the board of the various subsidiaries managing the different verticals & subsidiaries / JV’s and portfolio companies; mentoring them on business strategy and operational excellence. He successfully completed the IPO for the company raising Rs.500 crores with 10 % dilution in about 21 months from the setting up of the company.
