Kylie O'Connor, Fund Manager, AMP Capital

Kylie O’Connor is the Fund Manager of the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund (ADPF), a $5.2 billion wholesale fund invested in retail, office and industrial assets across Australia.  Kylie joined AMP Capital from Lend Lease where she was responsible for a number of smaller funds and retail mandates.  Kylie has had over 15 years’ experience in property funds management with a particular focus on retail assets and has been involved in the delivery of several large development projects on behalf of her wholesale investors.  Prior to this, Kylie held several roles at Arthur Andersen in the property audit and advisory business.

AMP Capital is a specialist investment manager, with a heritage and strength in real estate and infrastructure, and specialist expertise in fixed income, equities and multi-asset solutions.  AMP Capital has circa A$160 billion in funds under management and more than 250 investment professionals.
