Otkritie Securities Limited is one of the largest participants (by volume and turnover) on the London Stock Exchange’s International Order Book. Trading on the Russian exchanges differs somewhat from most other European markets; in order to allow international clients more efficient and cost-effective access to Russian markets, OTKRITIE has developed a suite of Direct Market Access solutions. In addition to the classical brokerage activities – direct electronic routing of care orders for manual execution by the trading desk, electronic solutions allow exchange connectivity with transparent and anonymous Direct Market Access (DMA). OTKRITIE electronic market coverage includes all major Russian exchanges – MICEX, RTS and FORTS as well as the main European and US equity and derivative exchanges. Connection to the Electronic trading desk is technology-neutral. Clients can use their existing systems to route orders to OTKRITIE, an FSA-authorised London – based brokerage firm. The system is compliant with major trading system and networks, along with FIX. Proximity hosting and co-location services are also available for latency sensitive clients.
