Over 2,000 schools globally are running Mindfulness Programs for students, with research indicating a wealth of benefits; including increased happiness, effective stress management, impulse control, enhanced performance and academic achievement, increased empathy and optimism. 

This workshop is a hands/hearts/minds-on opportunity for you to learn simple, practical ways to engage children in a variety of fun, simple and creative mindful skills.  These skills have been trialled with thousands of students and teachers.  They can easily be integrated into the classroom and life: with techniques ranging from 60 seconds to five to ten minute practices.
